OBJECTZ is a collection of 3396 images by JIMMY. Each artwork is a unique digital construction, generated in a web browser. The process is performed by Javascript and features the iconic elements of JIMMY’s artwork.

The series is an evolution of JIMMY’s first image collection, titled OPTIONZ, which digitally printed SVG layers in random arrangement.

OBJECTZ expands upon this concept by implementing a more sophisticated algorithm, generative titles, extensive metadata & 3D rendering.

11 layers make up the core structure of the OBJECTZ Javascript program. The image starts with a randomly chosen background that can be a solid color, block graphic, or a harmonic gradient. 10 more layers are algorithmically chosen and contain JIMMY’s shapes, sculptures and readymades. As the objects are chosen, the script has conditional determinations whether to display the layer or not.

Once the artwork is compiled, it is then viewed as a final image inside the web browser. A random scripted title is generated and the image is saved.

OBJECTZ are minted at random on the Ethereum blockchain. The collection features 3333 software generated PNGs and 33 unique 1/1 PNGs.
